Stacie Martinelli, Virtual Assistant and founder of Martinelli Virtual Assistant Services, has worked in the administrative/marketing field for 15 years, eight of which were spent at Essex National Securities, Inc. (ENSI)/ Essex Corporation, the first third party insurance marketer to sell over $1 billion of fixed annuities in a single year. Additionally, Stacie has worked with GreenPoint Mortgage/Capitol One Financial, Inc., a top three wholesale mortgage lender, and Groskopf Logistics Services.
ENSI proved to be the ideal environment for developing her skills where she progressed from Administrative Assistant through Sales Development Coordinator to Marketing & Event Manager, working side by side with the CEO, President, Executive Vice President and Department Heads simultaneously. It was with ENSI that her love for providing quality administrative and marketing expertise proved energizing and rewarding.
Stacie then moved to GreenPoint Mortgage as a Marketing Communications Manager. Marketing campaigns, collateral, presentations, and seminars were her specialty. She was also a key member of the GreenPoint Mortgage / Capitol One Financial, Inc. company integration project, serving on several project teams.
Stacie owns and operates Martinelli Virtual Assistant Services and handles clients' projects personally. She brings varied professional experience – from administrative services to high-end marketing collateral, and has been described as “an event planner in her sleep”. She is dedicated to continuous improvement, including ongoing training, recognized industry certification programs, active participation in the most respected industry associations, current software and state-of-the-art hardware. |
